I have had an amazing time getting to know Sally Decelis as we were working together. She is a long term agent in Austin, having worked in the business for almost two decades. She has moved into the realm of commercial real estate, which is an entirely different animal to residential real estate, and if you need a commercial property, either for rent, purchase, or to sell, I would strongly recommend turning to a realtor that focuses on commercial, like Sally. In addition to being really skilled in the commercial field, working with her will also be a very pleasant experience, as she is personable and very interesting. And she also donates much of her time and money to local charities of many types, which is admirable. I highly recommend talking to Sally first before you chose an agent.

Sally is a rare realtor who will go to extreme effort to get your property sold. Ours was on the market at a historically difficult selling time, and we had a water leak in between to boot. She worked with our insurance and all the vendors to ensure things got taken care of, did umpteen showings, open houses, and even made sure she arranged for trades to keep up with lawns etc. You will not find a more committed realtor who will spend more of her time to get your property taken care of. She is available at all times and even on vacation. HIRE HER

Sally went above and beyond. She arranged extra viewings, answered all my various (and sometimes inane) questions, and when I couldn't be there in person for a viewing arranged video calls. We had a few roadblocks due to owners and she handled the issues they caused perfectly. I've never worked with an real estate agent I liked much less trusted until Sally. She is absolutely brilliant at her job and I couldn't recommend her more wholeheartedly.

If your in need of a Realtor I highly recommend Sally Decelis. We had out office condos listed with another agent for over 6 months with no interest. Moved to Sally and she had two interested parties in less than 2 months. Sold with in 5 months. She worked tirelessly making the deal happen.

Sally has been a great realtor, which is the reason I have continued to use her and her services for the past 6 years. I first approached her to help me sell my townhouse. She was able to get it under contract after only the 2nd person looked at it! I also used Sally to help me find my next house. I was looking to upgrade to a bigger house. I gave Sally the information and specifics of what I was looking for and she delivered! I was ready to submit an offer the same day we drove around to look at properties because she had already compiled a list of homes that met all my needs beforehand. Sally was able to help me negotiate certain things, including renting from the current owners for a few days prior to closing as I had to move out of my current property in order to accommodate same day closing of both properties. What could have been a stressful situation, was made extremely easy and exciting! Finally, Sally was very patient with me while waiting for the right buyer to come along to buy my retail small business. Sally helped make the process seamless. She facilitated any meetings of negotiations and then presented me with all of the knowledge to facilitate an easy closing to sell my business. I would highly recommend using Sally, as I use her for all of my real estate needs!

Since 2014 I have rented a property, purchased a property and leased a property all through Real Estate Agent Sally Decelis. Her services came highly recommended to me and exceeded all my expectations. To this day I continue to refer Sally Decelis to anyone I encounter looking for a trustworthy respectable Real Estate Agent. Something that's hard to find in this day and age. As well as utilizing her expertise in all my current and future real estate endeavors.

Sally helped us buy our new home as well as sell our old condo. It was clear from the beginning that she cared about making sure we found the right thing for us on our timeline. When we first reached out to her, we said that we had no firm dates but just wanted to begin looking to make sure we didn’t miss out on the perfect place. Sally never rushed us in the process and presented us with a variety options, locations, and price points to consider to make sure we found the right fit for us. When we did find the perfect place, she went above and beyond in making sure that the experience went as smoothly as possible. She was 100% our advocate in every situation, and was transparent and helpful throughout the process. After we purchased the house, we decided to sell the condo instead of renting it out and Sally was equally helpful in that process. She told us exactly what we would need to do to get the condo ready to sell, and we are so glad we followed her advice because we had multiple offers within the first week it was on the market! Would highly recommend Sally for any of your buying or selling needs.

Sally is an amazing person and a great realtor! We moved during covid from NJ to TX . We could not visit the house before buying it and Sally took the entire responsibility. She kept us honest during the whole process and guided us to make the right decisions. We moved in and really fell in love with the house. It couldn't have been any better.
